From drop-off to pick-up, Hampton Collision Center personnel work with you and your insurer to keep everyone apprised of our progress and any hidden damage found as we remove the damaged material from your vehicle. If your policy includes temporary transportation, we will coordinate these arrangements with your insurer as well.
Yes, If you use the DuPont Performance Alliance CEU system, Hampton Collision will pay your CEU Registration Fee.

To make an estimate appointment, you may book an open time in our online appointment system. If you feel more comfortable talking with our customer service staff, please call us during regular business hours at 757-262-0180. You may also walk-in and we will work you in at the first opportunity.

Yes, HCC has an Online Tracking System to Keep You Informed
When your vehicle was dropped off, you received a preliminary schedule and a Repair Order number for your vehicle. That's all you need to use our online tracking system. We update our status information once a day to notate the progress of each vehicle from drop-off to procurement, disassembly, straightening, reassembly, paint, finishing and pick-up. To review your progress, simply select your repair order number and last name from the drop-down lists, then compare your original schedule with the current restoration station of your vehicle.
