Welcome to Hampton Collision Center's Customer Care Center.  Your satisfaction is our highest priority.  The Care Center provides an opportunity to make an estimate appointment, track your vehicle's progress as it moves through our facility, make arrangements for a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired and painted or get answers about our methods using the Frequently Asked Questions system.

Make an Estimate Appointment   Whether your vehicle damage is covered by insurance or not, the restoration process starts with an estimate.  You will find our estimators to be both honest and accurate. Although we  welcome walk-in estimates and will work them in at the first opportunity, scheduled appointments are preferred.    Click here  to make an appointment.

 
 

Track Your Vehicle's Progress     Hampton Collision Center will keep you informed about the progress of your vehicle. To assist in this effort, we have established an online data base that makes your progress available on a daily basis.  When your vehicle was dropped off, you received a repair order number to access your status report. Temporary Transportation    Will you need a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired and painted?  Hampton Collision Center works closely with Hertz and Enterprise to provide quick and easy access to affordable temporary transportation.  If your policy provides temporary transportation, Hampton Collision Center will coordinate with your insurer. Early Bird Drop-Off    Busy during our normal business hours?  Hampton Collision Center provides an Early Bird Drop Off Box for your vehicles keys.  Totally secure and easy to use; simply park your car next to our building, lock it up,  and drop your keys in the Early Bird Key Box.  Now you can drop your car off whenever it's convenient for you.  If you're receiving temporary transportation, Enterprise will pick you up at a mutually determined time. If the rental is covered by your policy, please be sure to coordinate with your Insurer and HCC in advance of your drop-off.
